Θύμα ψηφιακής απάτης έπεσε ο Τάσος Δούσης, ο οποίος μίλησε σε ζωντανή σύνδεση με την εκπομπή «Ραντεβού το ΣΚ» και περιέγραψε πώς επιτήδειοι χρησιμοποίησαν τη φωνή του, μέσω AI, για να διαφημίσουν δήθεν διαδικτυακό καζίνο και να εξαπατήσουν ανυποψίαστους πολίτες.
Ο δημοσιογράφος και παρουσιαστής της εκπομπής «Εικόνες» αποκάλυψε πως δεν πρόκειται για μεμονωμένο περιστατικό, αλλά για το τελευταίο επεισόδιο σε μια οργανωμένη προσπάθεια εξαπάτησης, η οποία μάλιστα έχει ήδη οδηγήσει ανθρώπους, που πίστεψαν ότι ο ίδιος προωθούσε το συγκεκριμένο περιεχόμενο, να χάσουν τα λεφτά τους.

«Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που συμβαίνει. Έκαναν την εξής αλητεία, πήραν τη φωνή μου από ένα βίντεο που είχα κάνει για τα social media και με AI την έκαναν να λέει άλλα πράγματα από αυτά που έλεγα, και να διαφημίζει ένα καζίνο, για να κοροϊδέψουν τον κόσμο», ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά.
Ο Τάσος Δούσης ξεκαθάρισε πως δεν επρόκειτο καν για πραγματικό τζόγο, αλλά για καθαρή απάτη. «Δεν ήταν καν τζόγος, ήταν απάτη, απλά σου έλεγαν να κάνεις εγγραφή και σου κρατάγανε 250€», είπε, περιγράφοντας τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εξαπατούσαν τα θύματα.
Όπως τόνισε, στόχος των απατεώνων ήταν κυρίως άνθρωποι που δεν είναι εξοικειωμένοι με τα social media και δεν γνωρίζουν καλά την πορεία ή τις θέσεις του. «Απευθύνονται σε πολίτες που δεν είναι πολύ ενεργοί στα social media και δεν ξέρουν την πορεία ενός δημοσιογράφου και πέφτουν εύκολα θύματα, διότι ενδεχομένως είναι εθισμένοι με τον τζόγο και θέλουν να παίξουν», σημείωσε.
Η υπόθεση ήρθε σε γνώση του όταν επικοινώνησε μαζί του ένας άνθρωπος που είχε ήδη πέσει θύμα της απάτης. «Δεν το γνώριζα, το έμαθα από θύμα που μου έστειλε μήνυμα», αποκάλυψε, προσθέτοντας πως τον παρέπεμψε άμεσα στην αστυνομία. Παράλληλα, ο Τάσος Δούσης γνωστοποίησε ότι έχει ήδη κινηθεί νομικά. «Έχω δώσει εντολή στη δικηγόρο μου να κινηθούμε στη δίωξη ηλεκτρονικού εγκλήματος για να δούμε τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε με αυτή την ιστορία. Μιλάμε για ξεκάθαρη απάτη», υπογράμμισε.
